To dramatically
improve the graphics on this site, and all graphics-heavy web sites,
perform the following simple steps:
1. Go to the "Settings" pull-down and select "Preferences."
2. Click On "Internet Properties (WWW)."
3. Select the "Web Graphics" tab at the top.
4. Select "Never Compress Graphics."
5. Click "Apply"
6. Click "OK"
To correct the graphics that AOL has already compressed:
1. Go to the "Settings" pull-down and select "Preferences."
2. Under "Preferences" select the "General" tab.
3. Under "Temporary Internet Files" click "Delete."
4. Click "OK."
5. Click "OK" on the mail Preferences box.
YOU MUST PERFORM THESE STEPS EVERY TIME YOU UPGRADE AOL (i.e. from
AOL8.0 to AOL9.0). |
