Brian Miles

Brian Miles, the owner of Forever Fit,
played professional basketball in the
European basketball League as the American
representative and team leader for the
Contem Basketball Club in Luxembourg in
1988-1989. From 1989-1990, he was with
Spirit Express representing Athletic
Ministries International as a basketball
player and speaker during the national
collegiate season and at military bases,
prisons, and high school assemblies.
In 1993, Brian opened Forever Fit Personal
Training at the Crescent Center in Memphis,
TN. He has trained NBA and NFL athletes
including Reggie White, Jermaine Smith,
Eliott Perry, Lorenzen Wright, and Cedric
Henderson. Now with two locations in the
Memphis metro area, Brian looks forward to
working with his clients to help them reach
their fitness goals.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Management and is a Certified
Personal Trainer.
Kelly Wight

Kelly Wight is a former Division I. athlete,
United States Air Force pilot and owner of
Envision (an organizational and personal
development company that incorporates
leadership, fitness and growth into
customized programs for both individuals and
groups). Kelly is a graduate of The
University of Washington in Seattle and was
the Distinguished Graduate in her USAF
Aircraft Commander training.
Growing up, Kelly excelled in athletics and
lettered in 5 sports including tennis,
volleyball, softball, basketball and track.
Her passion lies in outdoor cross training,
where amongst her favorite training sessions
include kayaking the Wolf River, climbing
Pinnacle Mountain, and running along the
banks of the Mississippi. She is scheduled
to climb Mt. Rainier this summer. |
