MEMPHIS TRAGICALLY LOST MR CHUCK

Memphis lost a great man yesterday.  At the age of 80, Charles Scruggs, best known as Mr Chuck passed away.  He was a teacher to young children with educational local shows Number 10 Friends Circle and  Hello Mr. Chuck. CLICK HERE for details on his memorial services.
