SCARLETT JOHANSSON got a terrible-looking tattoo on her ribcage. It's a horseshoe with the words "Lucky You". But it wasn't a botched job. It was done by a French artist, and it's totally in his style. So even though it LOOKS like it was drawn by a 4th grader with hiccups, it's actually ART.
