Amanda denies it, and plans to sue "In Touch". She says, quote, "I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."

Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City are being sued in a new copyright infringement lawsuit. Allyson Nichole Burnett, an Alabama-based singer and songwriter who authored the 2010 song, "Ah, It's a Love Song." She says that the songwriters copied her song to create the hit 'Good Time', released by Owl City and Jepsen in June.
