JESSICA SIMPSON is getting smack talk by a child welfare activist for showing off a picture of her infant daughter Maxwell in a bikini.
The guy says, quote, "It is to be hoped that parents will understand that 'baby bikinis' are totally inappropriate, and that they contribute to the sexualization and commercialization of childhood."
