They have the same address but they didn’t get the same ballot at the polls.
On Saturday a ballot says on thing and a different thing the next day. Yesterday voting wasn’t as easy for many Bartlett residents. Many voters questioned the ballot about missing referendums.
Poll workers told them that they had the right ballot so voters continued cast a vote. The Elections Commission has replaced the poll worker and looking into what the issue is and why there are different ballots.

A controversial new music video is getting mixed reactions from viewers. Devine Mafa's "Greedy Bastards" features a mock image of President Obama being assassinated on the same balcony as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The scene was shot without the permission of the National Civil Right's Museum.
Mafa says he chose to use images of a Trayvon Martin-like shooting, Obama's mock assassination, the burning of political figures pictures and much more, to reach out to young potential voters.

Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam urged a Congressional Committee on Tuesday to pass legislation requiring a tax on things you buy through your computer.
Haslam called it "an issue of fairness" involving online retailers and brick-and-mortar businesses.
He and others who support a new federal law contend that the taxes would not be new because, in Tennessee and most other states with sales taxes, consumers are already subject to the taxes on purchases under the "use tax" provisions.
Haslam says an online sales tax would increase Tennessee tax revenue by 400-million dollars a year.

Five Facts About the "Dark Knight Rises" Shooter
Here is a normal looking picture of him:

#1.) The "Dark Knight Rises" shooter changes what we thought we knew about mass murderers: He didn't kill himself, he calmly surrendered, and he told the police about the booby traps in his apartment. But hasn't cooperated otherwise.
When his mother was informed, she immediately said yes, they had the right guy. So she must've noticed something. But obviously no parent ever believes their child is so far gone that they'd gun down innocent people in cold blood. FBI behavioral analysts say it could take months to determine his motive.
#2.) The killer was originally from suburban San Diego, and was a Ph.D. candidate in neuroscience at the University of Colorado medical school. He dropped out after doing poorly on his finals last semester.
#3.) Allegedly, after his arrest, he said he was THE JOKER . . . yes, like the villain from "The Dark Knight". His hair was dyed red, but the Joker's hair has always been green. And a Batman mask and poster were found in his apartment.

#4.) People have uncovered his Match.com profile AND his AdultFriendFinder profile. Both of them appear to be authentic, and on both, he used the tagline, quote, "Will you visit me in prison?"
#5.) Reports say he took about 100 milligrams of Vicodin two-and-a-half hours before the shooting . . . that's about the amount an addict would take. Reports from the theater said he looked "calm" during the shooting.

Prayers to everyone involved in the Colorado movie theater shooting
Script verbatim from Yahoo.com:
Moviegoer Jennifer Seeger was watching the new Batman movie from the second row when the gunman, wearing what appeared to be a gas mask and body armor, burst into Theater 9.
"He came in and he threw in the gas can and then I knew it was real," Seeger told NBC News. "Then he shot the ceiling. Right after he shot the ceiling he pointed the gun right at me. At that point I drove into the aisle and I got lucky because he didn't shoot me.
"Then he started to shoot people behind me and the bullets were falling on my head. It was burning my head it was so fresh. I could smell gunpowder. At that point he went up the stairs.
"He started at the very corner of the screen. And then he worked his way all the way through the back and back down. Like all the way to the top of the stairs and back down."
Police say the gunman's rampage killed a dozen and wounded 38 at the Century 16 theater in Aurora, Colo., about 10 miles east of downtown Denver.
Reports identify the shooter as James Holmes, a 24-year-old white male.
"People were running, screaming, scrambling, popcorn was flying in the air ... people were falling to the ground," witness Robert Jones told The Denver Post.
A 15-year-old, also in Theater 9, told Denver's KCNC that he saw an opportunity to escape as the gunman reloaded his rifle.
"We kind of crawled down the stairs and ran," he said.
Moviegoer Quentin Caldwell said they were about 15 minutes into the film when he heard a very distinct "pop, pop, pop, pop."
"My wife jumped, and I just kind of sat there like, 'Oh, it was probably just really good special sound effects,'" he told CNN.
The Caldwells were in an adjacent theater when bullets from Theater 9 pierced the walls.
"Everybody thought at first that it was part of the movie, like it was just something that was going on like a promotional stunt or something," Caldwell told CNN. "So at first everybody was kind of dumbfounded."
The gunman reportedly deployed tear gas in Theater 9 before beginning his shooting spree. When Caldwell's wife, a former EMT, said she smelled tear gas, the couple started telling patrons they needed to escape.
"There were people still sitting there waiting for the movie to continue," he said. "I looked at them like, 'This is real, there's something wrong, we need to leave now.'"
Caldwell, a Marine, said the theater parking lot was chaos. Officers put the wounded into patrol cars and rushed them to nearby hospitals.
"There were wounded everywhere," he said.
Hours later, the 15-year-old boy who escaped questioned how a staple of summer fun could go so wrong.
"When something like this happens at a theater, you wonder if it is safe or not," he said.
