Lindsay's court date was set for today in LA. This was the charge dealing with lying to the police. In true Lilo form, she got a doctors note to get out of her court appearance. Apparently, Lindsay came down with a nasty "upper respiratory infection". She must have been given some grade A drugs, because the PAPS snapped pictures of her smoking and shopping around SoHo. Needless to say, she was forced to catch a red-eye flight from NYC to LA this A.M.

Frank Says, "Chris Threw The First Punch!"

There's never a dull moment in Hollywood thanks to people like Chris Brown. Yesterday, everyone got word about the fight between Brown and other singer Frank Ocean. It all went down in the parking lot of a recording studio. The dumb fight was over Chris parking in Frank's parking spot. Chris got out to shake his hand, then Frank dissed him by laughing in his face. New reports, according to witness', say that Chris then threw the first punch. Of course, all hell broke loose after that moment. The fight continued into the lobby. Receptionist called the cops and Brown fled the scene. He now is setting up time for himself and his attorney to tell his side of the drama. I hope Rihanna will get the heck out of dodge, finally!!!

Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley is saying see ya lata suckas!!! I guess she can't take anymore of Lilo's legal drama's, so she's doing her part by filling out all of the necessary paperwork to be released from Lindsay by Jan 30th. That is her next hearing date in court. So if any Memphis attorney's are up for the challenge, Lindsay is a free agent now.

Reports from my sources are confirming that Lindsay Lohan was offered a huge deal worth $550,000 dollars to be a new contestant on DWTS. She of course true to form turned the offer down. She basically said  that reality show's are beneath her and she "doesn't do reality TV. Just films."

Here they are everybody! They sing together. They laugh together. They kiss each other, and now they go to inaugurations together. Awe... How sweet! Yesterday, John Mayer and Katy Perry are really taking their relationship to the next level by going to see the Presidents official swearing into the office. Maybe John is really serious about Katy?
