TUPELO, Miss. (AP) - Authorities have released the names of 2 men killed in a two-car crash in Lee County.

Coroner Carolyn Green says 27-year-old Jeremy Rosamond, of Ackerman, and 24-year-old Royce Dan Thompson, Jr., of Randolph, died in Sunday's accident.

Green says both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

She says it is unclear if alcohol was involved, but tests have been done and results should be back in 10 days.

A third person was injured in the crash and was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

The Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal reports (http://bit.ly/TjT6yZ ) the accident happened on Highway 6, just outside the city limits of Tupelo.
