CARLISLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas highway officials say a westbound lane of Interstate 40 at Carlisle will be closed for part of the week as crews perform routine bridge maintenance.
The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says a westbound, inside lane of the interstate will be shut down Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.
Highway officials say motorists should be cautious when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
