BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - A 29-year-old Biloxi man could spend the rest of his life in prison for persuading a 3-year-old girl to perform sexual acts on him.

The Sun Herald reports (http://bit.ly/S1Wz89 ) that's the maximum penalty Johnathan Robert Necaise faces at his sentencing Nov. 19.

He also faces up to 40 years for exploitation of a child. Assistant District Attorney George Huffman says the exploitation conviction involves more than 300 pornographic pictures of children found on his home computer.

Necaise pleaded guilty to both counts Tuesday before the start of his trial in Harrison County Circuit Court.

Biloxi police had arrested Necaise on the sexual battery complaint Aug. 19, 2011.
