LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Portions of Interstates 40 and 30 and a state highway will be closed for bridge inspections, maintenance and repairs.
The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department says the outside lane of westbound I-30 in Little Rock will be shut down from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesday for inspection of the Arch Street overpass.
The outside lane of westbound I-40 on the Mississippi River bridge at West Memphis will be closed from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. through Thursday for maintenance work. A.H.T.D. also says the inside lane of westbound I-40 at Carlisle will be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. through Thursday for bridge maintenance.
And the southbound lane of State Highway 11 north of Des Arc is closed for about two weeks for repairs on that highway.
