LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Entergy Arkansas says nearly 900 customers remain without power after severe storms moved through the state on Wednesday.
The utility reported the highest number of outages in Drew and Union counties in south Arkansas.
Minor damage was reported Wednesday in Clarendon, where a building was damaged and trees and power lines were knocked down. The National Weather Service also reported damage to three homes in the Crittenden County town of Jericho.
No injuries or deaths were reported in Arkansas from the storms.
The National Weather Service says its survey teams will visit Monroe and Crittenden counties on Thursday to determine whether tornadoes touched down. The survey teams plan to visit Grant and Jefferson counties on Friday to continue storm assessments.
