GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A judge has revoked a man's bond awaiting sentencing on two counts of retaliating against a federal judge by filing false liens against him.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden ordered James A. Hennis, of Waynesboro, taken into custody after hearing testimony that Hennis had violated conditions of his release.

Court document say Hennis, who had hired several different attorneys, failed to meet with his latest attorney Sept. 17 and failed to return phone calls.

The 52-year-old Hennis had been arrested after he was accused of filing a false lien in 2010 for $10 million against U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett.
