GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - Federal court records say a man is scheduled to plead guilty Thursday in a south Mississippi pain pill investigation.

Authorities say Charles MacGeorge and a woman were arrested Dec. 1, 2010, in their hotel room at the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi

The government claims Gulfport police arrested a known drug dealer with 10 Oxycontin pills that day and that man led them to the hotel room.

MacGeorge is charged with racketeering.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday in U.S. District Court in Gulfport.
