El Dorado slaying victim's truck found by children

EL DORADO, Ark. (AP) - Police in El Dorado say children playing in a wooded area on the town's east side have found the pickup truck belonging to a suspected homicide victim.

Police told the El Dorado News-Times http://bit.ly/P3imwO that the 48-year-old Benjamin Taylor's truck was found Sunday and appeared to have been abandoned. Capt. Kevin Holt told the newspaper Wednesday that the truck was still being inspected for evidence.

Police say Taylor was found dead in his home Friday by his son. The body has been sent to the state Crime Lab to determine both the cause and time of death.

Holt says there have been no arrests in Taylor's death and investigators are still looking for a motive - although he acknowledges that items are missing from Taylor's home.
