Man found dead in Lake Columbia after boat sinks

MAGNOLIA, Ark. (AP) - Divers have recovered the body of a Magnolia man who disappeared on Lake Columbia after his boat took on water and sank.

Columbia County Sheriff Mike Loe says 27-year-old Aymen Salameh went missing Sunday night on Lake Columbia. Loe says two people were in the boat near Lake Columbia's spillway and dam when the vessel began to take on water.

The sheriff says the second person was able to make it to shore and call for help. The Banner-News reports (http://is.gd/0qaS6R ) that divers found Salameh's body at about 4:15 p.m. Monday.
