Roland Jean-Charles of Arlington, accused of attempted kidnapping in December 2011, remains in jail without bond as he awaits his trial, which will start in April 2013.

Jean-Charles, 33, was arrested in December 2011 after police say he knocked a jogger to the ground, put his hand on her mouth and tried to drag her away. After his arrest, Jean-Charles posted bond but it was later revoked when an 11-year-old accused him of abducting her as well.
