Voters in north Mississippi will return to the polls Tuesday for runoffs in a couple of races left undecided from the Nov. 6 general election. Two legislative seats - Senate District 19 and House District 52 - are on Tuesday's ballot
Competing for District 19's seat are David Parker, an Olive Branch optometrist, and Pat Nelson, a first-term State Representative from Southaven.
In the other runoff race for the House District 52 seat, Marshall County Planning Board member Bill Kinkade faces off against contractor Jeremy Bryan.
Runoffs are required in both of these races because no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote.
