Memphis' so-called "Home Alone" mom Melodia Dunn, is wanted by police after violating terms of her probation.

In 2009 Dunn left her two young sons home alone while she ran errands. During her time away, the house caught fire and trapped her sons.

Dunn plead guilty to reckless homicide and because of her "mental state," she was given 14 years of probation.

Investigators say Dunn failed to take her medications and failed to report to her court ordered therapies.

Information leading to Dunn's arrest could result in a cash reward.
