Twenty-six-year-old Willie Braddock, who was arrested at the scene of Friday's fatal shooting of police officer MarToiya Woods-Lang, was arraigned on drug charges Monday.
Braddock, though, was given until Jan. 2 to hire an attorney to represent him on his third drug arrest this year. He was arrested during a drug investigation early Friday in which Officer Lang was fatally shot and Officer William Vrooman received a leg wound.
Police returned fire, striking and wounding 21-year-old Treveno Campbell, who they said fired at them. Campbell is charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
Campbell, being treated at The MED for critical wounds. It is unclear when he will be arraigned in court.
