Sunday night a mother and child were hit by a vehicle in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Millington.  The 4 year old was transported to Le Bonheur and the mother was transported to The MED.  The mother has since been released but the child remains in ICU in stable condition. 

The driver has been charged with reckess endangerment and failure to exersise due care.
