Federal court records revealed DeSoto County developer Church Roberts is set to enter a plea on Jan. 31 in federal court in Oxford, Miss., on undisclosed charges.

Roberts is a longtime developer in the Mid-South and a close friend of Southaven Mayor Greg Davis, who faces his own legal troubles.

Roberts is also the public address announcer for University of Memphis men's basketball games at the FedExForum.
