MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Shelby County Environmental Court Judge Larry Potter ordered Club Crave's owners to cease business and vacate the premises at 380 Beale St.

Judge Potter also said the club's owners, Double Entity Entertainment, will not be allowed to ever open another establishment under the Club Crave name. The order further prohibits Double Entity from promoting, managing or operating any specific events in any venue if those events took place at Club Crave.

District Attorney Amy Weirich and Memphis Mayor A C Wharton filed a public nuisance petition against Club Crave on Dec. 27, 2012, after three people were shot, one fatally, outside the club's front doors on Christmas Eve.

City leaders want the building, located at Fourth and Beale, torn down. A hearing is scheduled for Feb. 13.
