After two days of testimony in Jackson, Miss., Southaven Mayor Greg Davis' civil trial has been continued until May 13.

The State of Mississippi is trying to recoup $70,000 they say Mayor Davis misspent.

During the second ay of his trial, the big thing that was revealed is that we are gong to need a whole lot more time for this trial.

This trial was initially scheduled for two days, but the State and defense have many witnesses to get through, including several Southaven alderman, other city government employees, and mayor's lover, Jansen Fair.
