MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Thirty-one-year-old Christopher Moore, who was driving a daycare van that flipped on Lamar Avenue Feb. 1 and injured four children, has been charged with multiple traffic violations.

Moore was behind the wheel of a Taylor's Learning Center Academy van that hit a utility pole and rolled over. One of the four children injured in the accident was thrown from the van.

Police charged Moore with failure to maintain control, lack of car insurance, and three citations for not using child passenger safety seats.

In the police report, Moore stated that he thinks he may have blacked out just before the accident.

Moore has more legal problems than just the charges from Friday morning's accident. According to Shelby County court records, Moore is out on a $2,500 bond stemming from a Dec. 13, 2012 arrest on charges of domestic violence and bodily harm.

Moore is expected in court Feb. 12 to face his latest charges.
