The public school system in Chicago is talking about offering sex education to five year olds.  Right now, instruction begins in the fifth grade.  Parents can opt out of the course material.  Chicago has a high rate of teen pregnancy and STDs.  Is this the solution?  MyFoxChicago has more here.
