HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Legislative Black Caucus is continuing its annual meeting in Hot Springs.
Members on Thursday are to hear from Attorney General Dustin McDaniel and former Lt. Gov. Bill Halter.
The retreat and conference began Wednesday at the Arlington Hotel. This year's theme is "The Economy of Tomorrow."
On Wednesday, Gov. Mike Beebe and Arkansas Public Service Commission Chairman Collette Honorable were on the agenda.
