The Mississippi State Department of Health is issuing a Boil-Water Alert for customers who receive their drinking water from the City of Horn Lake [0170022] water supply located in Desoto County. 

Customers who receive their drinking water from the Horn Lake Water Association are not effected.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

State representative Curry Todd pled guilty to drunken driving and gun charges on Friday.

The Collierville republican was arrested in October 2011 in Nashville after failing a roadside sobriety test. A loaded gun was also found in his car.

Todd, who is a retired Memphis police officer, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail,
