Cancer patient companion dog disappears
HORN LAKE, Miss. (FOX13) -

A community have been searching for days to find a missing companion dog that belongs to a cancer patient in Horn Lake, Miss.

"Latte," a German Shepherd, slipped away from his new owner on Sunday, Jan. 6, in Nesbit, a day after the canine was given to the patient.

Madison County law enforcement are search for two men in an older model GM pick up truck after they dragged an ATM out the front door of a store early Friday morning.

Surveillance cameras captured the two men dragging the cash machine out the front door of Minors Food Mart, located on Law Road in Jackson.

Hempstead Co. authorities perplexed by missing men

HOPE, Ark. (AP) - Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton says the disappearance of 2 men last year remains a mystery.

The sheriff says 58-year-old Joseph Cowart of Hope was last seen on May 15. Casey Clark of Fulton has not been seen since March 27.

Judge to rule next week on new trials in killings

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A judge is considering whether to grant new trials to three men in the torture killing of a young Knoxville couple.

Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins and George Thomas are seeking new trials after the trial judge was found to be addicted to prescription pain pills.
