New trial date in Hancock Co. wetlands accusations

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A new trial date has been set for an Alabama real estate developer accused of violating the Clean Water Act by illegally filling wetlands near Bay St. Louis, Miss.

William R. Miller, of Fairhope, Ala., was set for trial Feb. 4 on an 11-count indictment.
