A former Russellville doctor convicted of plotting a bombing that nearly killed the head of the Arkansas medical board has again been sentenced to life in prison.

Randeep Mann was resentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Brian Miller in Little Rock.

Three additional suspects were arrested Wednesday in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings.  Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev were charged with conspiring to obstruct justice. A third man, Robel Phillipos, was charged with lying to investigators about the visit to Tsarnaev's room.
