A sizable drop in gambling is anything but good news according to Tunica County Supervisor James Dunn.

"We have seen a tremendous drop in gaming revenue over the last year and this is something that concerns us very much. Just last month it was in the double digits and that definitely concerns us."

Seventeen-year-old Eduardo Marmolejo appeared in court Friday morning but his trial was reset until January.

Marmolejo was charged with first-degree murder in the August 2011 fatal stabbing of Memphis Junior Academy private school principal Suzzette York.

This morning Memphis Firefighters were called to a fire at the Lakeview Apartments near 3400 Winchester.

The fire started at 1:41am. Firefighters are investigating a cause.
