Reps: Closing 21 schools doesn't make sense
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Tennessee Representatives Barbara Cooper and G.A. Hardaway are in arms over the Transition Planning Commission, saying there is too much is going on behind closed doors and there needs to more involvement from city hall.

Both say when a Shelby County plan is faulty, it's their job as legislators to demand answers.

A 26-year-old Memphis man has been charged with kidnapping and assault after he kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, who was trying to move into a new home, police said.

2 juveniles charged for posting child porn

Two juveniles have been charged by the Memphis Police's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit for posting and e-mailing a pornographic image involving a small child.

Police charged the two teens ages 13 and 16 with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
