Oxford pilot dies in Conway plane crash
CONWAY, Ark. (AP) -

Police say the pilot of a small plane that crashed near the Conway airport has died.
 
The plane crashed Wednesday afternoon shortly after it took off from the Conway Municipal Airport. The Conway Police Department says the pilot, 65-year-old Robert Allen, died overnight at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences

The Memphis City Council has approved two million dollars for the Harahan Bridge project.

The old railroad bridge will be turned into a walking and bicycle path, like the Green Line.

Once completed, it will connect downtown Memphis to Arkansas, and will be the largest biking bridge across the Mississippi River.
