Sardis woman gets 10 years for forgery

BATESVILLE, Miss. (AP) - A 40-year-old Sardis woman has received a 10-year prison sentence after a Panola County Circuit Court jury convicted her of forging a court document.

Harrison Co. SO joins Internet program

BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - The Harrison County Sheriff's Office is now using the InterAct Public Safety Cloud, an Internet-based information-sharing network.

Woman pleads not guilty to grant fraud

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A Bay St. Louis woman has pleaded not guilty to a charge of make a false statement for a homeowners-assistance grant to elevate her home.

Biloxi council adopts redistricting plan
