EAST RIDGE, Tenn. (AP) - East Ridge officials are investigating whether they can make an exception to a rule allowing no livestock within city limits for a family's pet pygmy goat.
The City Council earlier this month voted down a blanket exception for pygmy goats and potbelly pigs, but the Viar family didn't give up.
