Memphis Police Department need your help finding a vehicle involved in hit and run on Saturday at approximately 8:25 a.m.

Officers responded to a traffic crash at 4395 Elvis Presley in which a pedestrian was struck.  Upon arrival on the scene, officers observed the victim lying in the driveway of the Krystal's

The Mississippi River is closed at Vicksburg for the second time this year.

The Coast Guard says a barge hit a railroad bridge and about 30 of the containers broke free from their tow.

So far half of the containers have been recovered and two sank. Crews are working to wrangle the rest.
