Report sheds light on deadly officer involved crash
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

The black box in former Memphis Police officer Alex Beard's squad car reveals he was traveling at over 90 miles per hour just seconds before a crash that killed two people. Beard was dismissed in February for the deadly crash that happened last August.
