She's a birdie who wants her freedom… freedom to marry and make tons of $$$ off of her inevitable, high-profile wedding to Kanye West, DUH!Kim Kardashian is reportedly feeling handcuffed in her unwanted marriage to Kris Humphries, and girl wants to get divorced like, MONTHS ago!Kimmy's attorney explained to an L.A. Supreme Court judge Wednesday : "Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries. These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don't think [Kris] has a case, it's a fishing expedition. [Talking outside the courtroom] We want a trial because that's the only way this will end. There was no fraud." Unfortunately, Kris is claiming the whole marriage was simply a fraudulent publicity stunt for the sake of Kim's TV show and wants a complete annulment from the marriage deal (aka making like it never happened)!Kris' attorney told the judge: "All she has to do is agree to an annulment [based on fraud]."Several witnesses connected to the marriage and Kimmy's show are being sought out to speak on this claim, but are apparently being rather evasive, AND Kimmy's new lover Kanye has been asked to provide a deposition in the case.What a nasty, public mess… and this is only the beginning!
