No foul, even though there was some SERIOUS harm inflicted!Physically, anyway!We've already learned that Gabriel Aubry will not be facing any criminal charges whatsoever for his involvement in the Thanksgiving day brawl which left he and ex Halle Berry's new fiance Olivier Martinez in the hospital after the pair resolved their issues via separate mediation sessions with the El Lay District Attorney!However, there WAS a possibility that as a result of the incident, the Canadian model could be ordered into anger management classes!But despite having a history of such requirements, he's been officially let off the hook!A source explains:"The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office could have ordered Gabe to attend anger management classes, even though he wasn't officially charged with any crimes. Gabe attended an informal office hearing, and it was determined that there was absolutely no need for him to enroll in any sort of anger management classes or counseling. Gabe is just thankful to put this ordeal behind him and focus on being Nahla's father."
