Would you want to eat at a place owned by Lindsay Lohan?Well, as adventurous as that seems, it might actually be a thrill you can get in on!You see, it sounds like LiLo is realizing her career is, well, going down the toilet.And now she might even be considering opening a “high-end Mexican restaurant” in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.We know your first thought: Where the hell is she getting money for a restaurant?!While we don’t have an answer for that one - unless it’s being funded by some friendly gentlemen - we do know a few other deets.Lindz has been checking out a location at 39 N. Moore St. a few times and was overheard commenting on where she would put a bar and DJ booth.Bar and DJ booth…that sounds like our LiLo!Or maybe she was just consulting for a friend looking to open a new spot because if there’s someone you want helping your business, it’s Lindsay Lohan!Oh wait…Guess we’ll just have to wait and see if we get a chance to eat LiLo’s taco.
