Ahhh so THAT'S why Anne Hathaway's Best Supporting Actress speech was a lot more restrained than what we've seen this awards season!!When the Les Misérables actress' name was called during Sunday night's Oscars, we were certain Anne would make us blush with an overly-emotional speech of gratitude like she's done at this year's BAFTAs, SAG awards, and Golden Globes…But instead, she kept her Oscars talk (above) calm, classy — yet still poignant and heartfelt! We were VURRY impressed.And apparently, that was JUST what Anne was hoping for! According to an insider, Anne practiced her Oscars acceptance speech over and over, wanting it to be perfect and NOT over the top so that people would LIKE her and not be too critical!
