JK, we know it's the man who once made Selena Gomez swoon, but we're SO utterly confused as to why the Believe singer would don such a strange headpiece!Justin was spotted returning to his London hotel Wednesday eve after dining at famed restaurant Mr. Chow's., and dude was sporting this VERY odd, lung-protecting mask (above).JB was first seen wearing the gas mask a couple of weeks ago while shopping in London, and we've heard he uses it for disguise purposes…Because everyone in London wears gas masks, right?!Totally! If we had time traveled back to WWII! Or forwards to some post-apocalyptic steampunk era. And we're almost positive that neither of the aforementioned scenarios have taken place.Maybe Bieber was feeling a little shy and homesick after his defensive Twitter rant and used the headpiece kinda like a security blanket?In which case, adorbs!
