This ain’t good news for Smash fans!Being moved to Saturday night TV is pretty much like being put in a coffin and laid to rest in a failed TV show graveyard.And that’s just what’s happening to Katharine McPhee and Smash as the show is moving to Saturday nights at 9 p.m. on NBC starting on April 6th.Even though the show will continue to air, the ratings for the second season are HURTING.It's true, Jennifer Hudson couldn't even save the show!Unfortunately, the premiere only brought in 4.5 million viewers while numbers have been declining with the most recent episode getting less than 3 million viewers.Well, if there is any show that can revive itself from near TV death, it's one with two formerly booted American Idol contestants who've gone on to bigger and greater things![Image via NBC.]
