After shutting down an amazing plea deal to stay out of jail, Lindsay Lohan is supposed to enter a plea in her lying-to-cops case ... problem is, she's not going to be in court, and the lawyer who will show up has been been fired.

As we told you ... Lindsay fired Shawn Holley and is now repped by a New York lawyer, who will NOT be in court today. 

Will the judge get pissed that no one is in court to enter a plea?  Will the judge issue a warrant for Lindsay's arrest?
