Adorable "Toddlers & Tiaras" star Paisley Dickey is having the best week ever ... because after 5 looong months ... she finally has her mummified bunny back!!!

Paisley -- best known for wearing that Julia Roberts hooker outfiton the TLC show -- lost her pet rabbit Bun Bun last September to a heart attack ... after an unfortunate balloon-popping incident.

Heartbroken Paisley asked to get the bunny stuffed and her parents took it to a taxidermist in GA. It's unclear WHY the process took so long, but after months of anticipation, we finally have pics of the results.

It's clear from the photos ... Paisley couldn't be happier with Bun Bun's undying presence.
