DMX has been slapped with a lawsuit by one really pissed off nightclub -- claiming X took cash for a gig but never showed.Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the suit in South Carolina court, claiming it hired DMX to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012 for the bargain price of $3,000 ... but X left the club high and dry.
Owls Nest wants X to return the green and pay various expenses to boot ... including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
The lesson here ... if a super famous rapper says he'll appear for $3,000 -- it's probably too good to be true.
