An accidental e-mail exposed confidential medical information at The Regional Medical Center in Memphis. Hundreds of The MED's patients received letters this week warning their personal information and some of their medical histories had been compromised.

Sometimes it seems we just can't get a break. Recently gas prices have been going down but word comes that beef prices have hit an all-time high.

Thirteen years after he was killed in the line of duty, former Shelby County Sheriff Deputy Rupert Peete, Jr., was honored with a street sign.

The sheriff's Reserve Class 129 dedicated a section of Forest Hill-Irene Road near Highway 385 to the memory of Deputy Peete.
