Memphis homeless numbers declining

Homelessness is down 13 percent from 2012, according to a recent head count in Memphis and Shelby County.

BBB issues warning on ITS Financial tax preparer

13 kids, 2 adults escape daycare fire

FRAYSER, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Thirteen children ranging in age of 1 to 4 and two adults escaped a fire Thursday morning inside a Frayser daycare, Memphis Fire officials said.

The fire was first reported just after 8 a.m. at Nana's Rocking Rhyme Learning Center, located at 2581 James Rd.

None of the children or adults were injured.
